FAQ

Why is the "Models" option missing?

Possible causes:
  • You are not logged in: You must log in before you can chat or configure a Token Plan model.
  • Your current version is not supported: To integrate Token Plan, you need a Qoder Pro Trial, Pro, Pro+, or Ultra subscription. The Free and Teams versions are not supported. Please upgrade to a supported version.

"Quota limit" error after integration

Cause: You have not switched to the Token Plan model after configuring it. You are still using a Qoder built-in model, which is subject to Qoder's separate quota limit. Solution: Switch to Custom Models, and then select your Token Plan model.

Token Plan model becomes unselectable and uneditable

Cause: New Qoder accounts get a 2-week free trial of Qoder Pro Trial. When the trial expires, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free version, which does not support Token Plan. Solution: Upgrade to the Qoder Pro Trial, Pro, Pro+, or Ultra version.

API Key authentication failure (HTTP 401)

If you see an HTTP 401 error, check the following:
  1. Verify that your API Key is a Token Plan dedicated key, not a pay-as-you-go key. The API Keys for Token Plan, Coding Plan, and pay-as-you-go are not interchangeable.
  2. Confirm your Token Plan subscription is active on the Token Plan page.
  3. Ensure the API Key is copied in full with no extra spaces. If the issue persists, reset your API Key on the API Keys page and reconfigure Qoder with the new key.
