Token Plan is an AI model subscription service from QwenCloud, using Credits as a unified billing unit across text, image, and video generation models. Available in Personal Edition and Team Edition.

Token Plan uses a unified Credits deduction mechanism, allowing you to use a single subscription across mainstream AI coding and agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Qwen Code, Codex, Qoder, Qoder CN, and OpenClaw. It supports text generation, image generation, video generation, speech recognition, real-time voice conversation, and other models, as well as Harness tools such as web search and code interpreter.
Token Plan is compatible with the OpenAI and Anthropic API protocols. Any tool that supports a custom Base URL and API Key can be integrated. Compatibility is determined by API protocol support, not by how the tool interface looks. A self-developed tool that does not call the standard APIs cannot be configured with a dedicated API key, so it cannot draw down your subscription quota. In this case, use a pay-as-you-go API key (prefixed with sk- or sk-ws-) instead.
- Personal Edition: Designed for individual developers, it offers four plan tiers: Lite, Essential, Standard, and Pro, with a Credits limit per subscription month. Higher tiers provide larger quotas. Credit Packs are available for additional capacity.
- Team Edition: Designed for teams and enterprises, it offers three seat tiers: Standard seat, Pro seat, and Max seat. It supports multi-seat management, usage analytics, and guarantees that your data will not be used for model training.

Plan quotas
Personal Edition
Personal Edition uses a monthly quota system, measured in Credits:
- Monthly quota: A 30-day subscription cycle starts from the subscription date. When cumulative consumption within the subscription cycle reaches the plan quota, the service is paused until the next subscription month.
Team Edition
Team Edition uses a monthly quota system. Each seat's monthly quota is available within the billing cycle, and unused quota does not carry over. When the monthly quota is exhausted, API calls are blocked. You can purchase Credit Packs to add more capacity.
The billing cycle is calculated from the subscription date (subscription month, not calendar month). For example, if you subscribe on June 4, the current billing cycle is valid until the 4th of the following month. Upon subscription, the system grants the full monthly quota in a single batch, rather than distributing it daily. Renewing only extends the subscription period and does not add extra quota to the current billing cycle.

Can I purchase both Personal Edition and Team Edition?
Yes. The same account can hold both Personal Edition and Team Edition simultaneously, each billed independently.
Why can't I use Token Plan with a self-developed tool that looks like an official tool?
Token Plan draws down your subscription quota through a dedicated API key (prefixed with sk-sp-) and a custom Base URL. A tool must support the OpenAI or Anthropic API protocol to be integrated. A similar interface does not mean API protocol compatibility. If your self-developed tool does not call the standard APIs, use a pay-as-you-go API key (prefixed with sk- or sk-ws-) instead.
