Lingma is an Alibaba Cloud smart coding assistant that provides a standalone IDE and can connect to Qwen Cloud via Coding Plan or Token Plan (Team Edition).

Please verify the following:
Connecting to Qwen Cloud requires Lingma Personal Professional Edition (free for a limited time, subject to pricing adjustments). Personal Basic, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Exclusive editions are not supported.
Install
- Go to the Lingma official website to download and install Lingma (v0.6.0 or later).
- Complete the initial configuration after the first launch.
- On the Alibaba Cloud login page, select Alibaba Cloud account to sign in.
Configure access credentials
- Open Lingma settings from the top-right corner of the interface, select Models, and click Add.
- Model configuration details are as follows:

| Provider | Select Model Studio - International from the dropdown menu |
| Type | Select Token Plan or Coding Plan based on your billing plan |
| Model | Select a model from the dropdown menu. |
| API Key | Enter the dedicated API Key for your chosen plan: Token Plan (Team Edition) - Get API Key; Coding Plan - Get API Key |
- Click Add. The model configuration is complete once validation passes.
- In the Lingma chat box, select the corresponding model to start using it.

Error codes

Why is the Model option missing in Lingma settings?
Possible reasons:
- Not signed in: You must sign in first before you can chat and configure models.
- Unsupported edition: Connecting to Qwen Cloud requires the Lingma Personal Professional Edition. Personal Basic, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Exclusive editions are not supported.
API Key authentication failure (HTTP 401)
Please verify the following:
- Confirm that you are using the dedicated API Key for the corresponding billing plan. Token Plan (Team Edition) and Coding Plan API Keys are not interchangeable.
- Confirm that your subscription has not expired.
- Ensure the API Key is copied completely without spaces. If the error persists, you can reset the API Key on the corresponding management page.
